🔁 Exchanges

We offer complimentary U.S. ground shipping on size exchanges of the same item ONCE.

If you need a different color, style, or prefer store credit instead, standard shipping rates will apply.

Please note:

  • Discount codes cannot be applied during an exchange process

  • If your original order used a discount code, we recommend selecting store credit and placing a new order

✅ Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Package must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Return must include a tracking number for proof of shipment

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, bronzer, perfume, or bodily stains may incur WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
